Elephant Beach

Elephant Beach at Havelock Island is one of the most distinctive beaches in the Andaman Islands. This is a stunning beach famous for its water activity. Elephant beach is also the most visited beach in the Andaman Archipelago. Once upon a time, there were elephants on the islands they were spotted roaming around on the shores of the beach that is how the beach got its name. There was an elephant training camp close by back then but now there are no elephants that can be seen around the beach.

Kalapathar Beach

Located in Havelock Island, Kalapathar Beach is a long stretch of silky white sand with big black rocks beside the turquoise sea. It is a continuation of beach number 5 and is situated on one corner of the island. This serene beach gets crowded during the peak season but if you walk further to the south, then you will have the whole place to yourself. Through the green jungle, there is a small lodging path where once was an elephant camp in the past.

Radhanagar Beach

Radhanagar Beach , It is a pristine stretch of sand backed by turquoise water and lush forest. Radhanagar Beach is commonly called Beach No. 7 and it looks straight out of the postcard. Times Magazine has awarded it the title of the ‘7th best beach in the world’. Radhanagar Beach is one of the many highlights, not only in Havelock but also in the Andaman Islands.
